(AP) – A five-year-old Crookston boy is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries at Sanford Hospital in Fargo…after a collision Thursday between a semi and a Chevy Suburban south of Felton, Minnesota.
Deputies, several state troopers and other first responders rushed to the intersection of State Highway 9 and 90th Avenue S. at about 10:20 a.m. Thursday. At least one medical helicopter also responded.
State Patrol Sargent Jesse Grabow described the collision as a T-bone. He says there was one person in the truck and six people, including children, in the SUV. Some of the people in the SUV had to be cut from the vehicle.
The crash is under investigation.
